With the ever-growing need for efficiency to maintain its control of the galaxy, Titan Corp spearheaded a new way to create… and recreate its top soldiers. Members of the top-secret “Restarter” project were recruited from various walks of life. Once they entered the program, every life moment, thought, memory, and physical characteristic of a person is backed up to the nearest cloud, upon termination, they are reassembled up to the last save point.

The Titan Corporation started out as a humble logistics company, but once it discovered the Pranatron Particle, it evolved into the largest and most consuming monopoly of the known galaxy. With the push of a button, Titan Corp uses its top-secret 'p-particle' technology to automate all manufacturing and eliminate all jobs. Humans are completely in the grips of Titan control, and depend on Titan for all basic needs. However, the universe abhors a vacuum, there are various forces within the galaxy that have begun to work against the monotony and apathy of Titan Corp.
